I went in the dealership to look...how ever due to the fiendy, none pressure type sale I bought a vehicle I am extremely happy with. I am very happy I drove into the lot and will return to this specific dealership when I am ready to make my next purchase as well as send my friends to Haley as so they can expierence the same. My experience with Mr.Albert Lee was great. I originally came to Toyota to find a Camry, and when i found out that i would not be able to be financed for the car i wanted i was really upset.Mr Lee assured m came to Toyota to find a Camry, and when i found out that i would not be able to be financed for the car i wanted i was really upset.Mr Lee assured me that he could find me a car that i would love and that i would not have to walk away empty handed. He suggested that if my boyfriend and I would take about 30mins go grab a bite to eat, by the time i returned he would have found a car for me and sure enough he did. I walked away that day with a great used car that I love and am proud to say i bought from Halley Toyota. Thank You Mr. Lee for everything!! More

I am highly impressed with Haley Toyota!!! They were so honest and very respectful. I have not always had the best experience with dealerships in the past. They helped me find the perfect vehicle at a monthly payment i could afford. My credit was not great and they did not seem to care about that at all, they were only interested in helping me out as best they could. I am definitely heading right back to them when i am ready for another vehicle and highly recommend this dealer to anyone!!!!! What a spectacular experience i had. They are the bomb!!!!!! More

Haley Certified Center and Albert ROCKED! They worked around my hours and price range...which was greatly appreciated. It was a no-pressure, no-worries situation from beginning to end. Came in to drive a couple and drove myself home in a 2010 certified Camry at knock-your-socks-off price.....all with Albert's knowledgable and gracious help. Couldn't ask for more than that!! I began my buying process by searching for the vehicle of my dreams, in my case, a full sized truck. After searching through the online inventory of several dealerships, I found Haley Certified and they had my dreams, in my case, a full sized truck. After searching through the online inventory of several dealerships, I found Haley Certified and they had just this really MEAN looking 2006 Dodge Ram Nightrunner. I actually found the truck about a week or two before I was ready to buy it. I called the dealership and Wally answered the phone in a very professional manner. After I spoke to him over the phone for a bit, he encouraged me to come take a look at the vehicle without me feeling like I was being pressured (I'm sure many people agree that feeling pressured is a BAD place to buy from). The next day, I went out and took a look at the truck. For the year, the miles were ridiculously low, the exterior was immaculate and it was clear that the detailing shop spent a lot of time getting this car ready for the floor. I told Wally up front that I WAS NOT going to buy the same day, but I was very interest and we went through the whole financing song and dance to see where I qualified. I had secured my own financing separately, but I thought it prudent to see what the dealer could offer me as well. It turned out that my own initiative turned out to be the best deal on financing, but I brought my family back to look at the truck the next day. I was worried my wife wouldn't like it because it was too big, but I shouldn't have worried. She loved the truck instantly just like I did and decided to buy it along with me. I tried to roll my existing loan on a potential trade-in into the new one, but the financing specialist at the dealership was very frank with us, explaining that typically, with the type of loan I had, it just wasn't feasible to do without putting money down. He even offered some tips on how to sell my current car privately so we can get top dollar! Wally was there with us every step of the way, talking about the car, keeping my family cool and hydrated (it was over 100 that day) with free water. He had a great sense of humor and told me up front that he was a new salesman so I also didn't feel like I was being hunted by a shark. I never once in the entire process felt like I was being taken advantage of. In fact, from all the cars I've bought, this is the only transaction where I feel like I didn't leave something on the table and that I got a great deal for what I got. I know all the people on this website love Albert Lee, and he's probably a great salesman, but I have nothing bad to say about my boy Wally. He's such a great guy, that even AFTER I signed the papers and all the DMV registration was done, he told me to come back during my first servicing (first oil change is free standard for the dealership) and mention that he owes me a car wash, and he will hook me up. Mind you, this is a perk that was offer AFTER we bought it, he could have walked away and saved the dealership some money. I don't any anything but great things to say about Wally, the Finance guy (totally forgot his name, but he's awesome) and the dealership. More
