Inquired online about a car and within 5 minutes, Dawn had called, answered my questions, and set up an appt. for me to test drive. Kevin was my salesman and was great. Answered all my questions and showed great patience as I tried to decide on which vehicle to purchase. The only drawback to the whole process was how long it took once the sale was made. I had to wait 1.5 hours in order to go over my loan details. After being at the dealership 4.5 hours already, trying to upsell me on anything only irritated me. (I think all the upselling should have happened more upfront, and not at the very end.) In all, however, a great experience. I look forward to telling my friend when I see her at homecoming - who happens to be the owner's wife. :) More
