best car buying expeirence yet I called in regards to a vehicle I found on the website and by the time I got to the dealership it was parked out front ready for a test drive. After I called in regards to a vehicle I found on the website and by the time I got to the dealership it was parked out front ready for a test drive. After the test drive, during paperwork Kory made sure my three and two year old boys were occupied with some toys so my wife did not have to chase them all over the dealership. While I was signing paperwork, and since it raining Kory brought the new car inside along with my trade in so that my wife could transfer the boys car seats without getting wet.By far the best expeirence I have had purchasing a car...zero pressure and friendly service. They lie to you. I asked POINT blank if by having any service done in their department would put me on a mailing list or receiving phone calls. I was told no. to you. I now have to spend personal resources in handling physical printed ads that I DO NOT OWN (they do, I refuse to take ownership if it) and dispose of it. I specifically said I did NOT want to be put on a mailing list. THEY LIED. I specifically asked NOT to be put on a phone contact list. Yet again today I get a robocall from them on my cell phone harassing me about them doing service to my vehicle. I have to pay for these minutes on MY phone. Yet again they seem to think it is OK for them for me to use MY financial resources to deal with their spam. No, it is NOT OK. It is MY phone, not theirs. THEY LIED AGAIN. More
