I went into Haley Chevrolet in June/July to order a 2021 Tahoe. At that time Corey C introduced himself, told me up front that since the truck was popular, and there was a parts shortage, that it would be Tahoe. At that time Corey C introduced himself, told me up front that since the truck was popular, and there was a parts shortage, that it would be several months before I would receive it. Together we 'built' the truck I wanted and an order was placed. Corey C and Bob M, kept me updated throughout the entire process. When they discovered that the time frame for arrival was going to be extended, they put me in a 2022 model. I ultimately had to wait until December 2021 to receive it, however they kept me up to date by text messaging until the actual day it arrived and they reached out to me by phone. At NO POINT in time did I feel intimidated or forced into any kind of actions that I did not want to take. This is only my second time purchasing a new car so i wasn't an expert. They took their time to explain everything and I am very appreciative of all the effort. I would recommend their Hull Street location to anyone looking for a vehicle. Jermaine A. More
