This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Capital GMC in Powhatan. Every experience has been wonderful. I have always left feeling like I got a great deal on my vehicles. Far and away the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Point of sale is one thing and the service after the sale is excellent. This is the best dealership I've ever visited!! Not only were Kelley and Phil amazing to deal with during the sale (and gave me a GREAT price), the service guys are wonderful as well. Any time I have a question (it's my first new car so I have a ton of them), I know I can call and ask Chris. He always answers my questions fully and never makes me feel like I'm stupid or bothering him. Every time I walk into the dealership people greet me with a huge smile and are extremely friendly. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I take my Camaro there all the time to get it cleaned and they make it shinier than I can ever get it (and they do it for a lot less than any other place). I truly can't say enough good things about this dealership!! I find myself popping in to just say hi when I'm out in Powhatan! If you're in the market for a new car or looking for a high quality service department this is place to go!!!!!!!! More

Always had a wonderful experience at Capital. Very friendly staff. Bought our vehicle there and had a great experience and now drive a little farther than have to for the service.
