Far and away the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Point of sale is one thing and the service after the sale is excellent. This is the best dealership I've ever visited!! Not only were Kelley and Phil amazing to deal with during the sale (and gave me a GREAT price), the service guys are wonderful as well. He always answers my questions fully and never makes me feel like I'm stupid or bothering him. Every time I walk into the dealership people greet me with a huge smile and are extremely friendly. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I take my Camaro there all the time to get it cleaned and they make it shinier than I can ever get it (and they do it for a lot less than any other place). I truly can't say enough good things about this dealership!! I find myself popping in to just say hi when I'm out in Powhatan! These are people you can trust. I have no qualms taking it in when there's a problem and giving them the OK to fix whatever and knowing I won't need CPR when I see the bill. I recently purchased a used 2008 Chevrolet Suburban from Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. I found the vehicle on the internet and then contacted Victor Storrs to obtain more information about it. I live over 3 Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. I found the vehicle on the internet and then contacted Victor Storrs to obtain more information about it. I live over 300 miles away from the dealership and once all the details were worked out and we had decided on a sales price, I agreed to fly into Richmond and drive the vehicle home. Victor transfered the Suburban from their Powhatan lot over to their dealership in Richmond which is right next to the airport. I was met at the airport with my vehicle and taken back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. This is the first used vehicle that I have ever committed to purchasing without actually looking it over and test driving it first. Victor answered all of my questions and even took a few extra pictures for me. I have been extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the sales experience at Capital and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
