The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and inviting. I felt comfortable browsing the selection of vehicles, and the sales team was patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The mechanical aspects of the service, ie engine replacement was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately the mechanic working on the vehicle entered the driver's seat and touched the interior with greas replacement was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately the mechanic working on the vehicle entered the driver's seat and touched the interior with greasy work gloves. The greasy hand prints were so bad that I have had the interior of the vehicle professionally cleaned! This is disappointing since Haley Chevrolet has been taking care of this vehicle for over 6 years! More
