Best deal I ever made for my New Tahoe!!! I have been looking around for a 2015 Tahoe and seemed like all the new fleet/rental Tahoe's were on sale. I looked around and Kevin from Haley seemed the friendliest and most willing to work with me over the phone and mainly through email. When I arrived they were quick to show me the vehicle and answered all my questions. When we got to the brass tax, we agreed to all the terms I wanted over email. They didn't try to haggle me or give me a price I didn't want. The deal went by quick and he even had my out of state tags ready for me to sign. Kevin and his team was great and I cannot recommend them enough. They are willing to work with you and give you the best deal possible. They even gave us the price we wanted for our trade. Both Chris and todd communicated with me early the next morning what had happened including pictures of the damage I couldn't see the night before. I like to think any lesser dealership would have told me I needed a whole new wiring harness, but instead they took the time to repair only what was necessary, and completed the work before lunch time the next day... BUYER BEWARE Kevin was not at all up front with me about the issues the 2004 Jeep Liberty had. They/he adjusted the stero so that the ONLY good speaker in the vehicle was operational the other three were completely blown. Additionally, two window regulators failed one only two days after the sale was complete and the second after about two weeks. I offered to buy the parts and asked if they would install them for me. I was told the vehicle was "AS IS" an it was my problem. Now after almost 2 1/2 months post sale I still don't have the title to my Jeep because of their errors and the when they did receive my title back from DMV instead to mailing it to me on the day they said they would it sat on another persons desk over the weekend and didn't get mail becasue he didn't want to delay his vacation. So his time is more important than his customers satisfaction. BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AFTER THE SALE. ALL SMILES AND HAND SHAKES PRIOR TO THE SALE!!! I'LL NEVER DEAL WITH CAPITAL EVER AGAIN!!!! More

Prior to this rating I knew Charlie to be an honest man who was genuinely concerned about each customer. This is rare in the car sales business. Knowing that I had an honest salesman who would not attempt to pressure me, and provide me with only the product that I wanted, as well as a service department that would support me and my family, I decided to turn to Capital in Powhatan County to purchase a new Chevy Cruze. Charlie went out of his way to make sure that the car was right for us by offering test drives and information. If we ever have a problem with the Cruze, and when we have a problem with our older vehicles, I know that Chris and Kris will treat my family as a member of theirs would be treated. I also know that Sparky will make the repairs in such a way that the vehicle is safe and the repair cost is as low as possible. If Sparky recommends a repair, you should get it done. This is a country dealership. No slick-haired salesman who have a deal "if you sign right now." Just honest people that you can actually talk to. I've seen customer stop by just to say hello or drop off food. Oh yeah, they had the lowest price on the Internet too. More
