This haldeman Ford on rt-33 is fantastic. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and everything went so smooth. Kenny and Johnathan did a great job taking care of me. I arrived on time for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation on my Forester. The service took 1.5 hr and I watched as walk-ups were serviced while I waited. The walk-around review was reported as Fai rotation on my Forester. The service took 1.5 hr and I watched as walk-ups were serviced while I waited. The walk-around review was reported as Failed wheel alignment and tread depth varied for all 4 tires AND no one reviewed these results with me before leaving. Several days later I returned questioning the failed alignment and was told the car was moved before the printout. Only time will tell if my tire wear is affected. More

It was obvious that Jessica takes pride in her job and is concerned about customer satisfaction. Car was washed and delivered to the front door.
