The Customer service experience (Jessica) was great, she was responsive every step of the way and a great communicator … but the car was given back to me dirty, inside and out. I got grease on my hands fr was responsive every step of the way and a great communicator … but the car was given back to me dirty, inside and out. I got grease on my hands from the steering wheel (which during a pandemic I would have thought that cleanliness should be something they pay attention to). I cleaned the wheel with wet wipes and they came up black with dirt/grease. There was no follow-up offer to clean my car, even though they have a detail shop. Not happy. More
