I purchased a 2019 F150 on February 19th. I asked my salesman, Keenan, 3 times if he can find out about the truck having a second key. I asked the manager Mike Longo and he directed me to speak to Keena salesman, Keenan, 3 times if he can find out about the truck having a second key. I asked the manager Mike Longo and he directed me to speak to Keenan. On the third time, Keenan assured me that all certified vehicles come with 2 keys (instead of ACTUALLY looking). After I finished the paperwork and gave the cashier my down payment, I proceeded to the truck and at that point I asked Keenan where the second key was. At that point, he felt it was a good time to inform me that Haldeman Ford OWES me a second key and that I would receive it in the mail in 5 days. I followed up with Keenan on February 27th. No reply. I followed up again on March 3rd. No reply. March 4th. No reply. In the meantime, contacted the Ford used sales manager Mike who seemed to be avoiding my and my messages. Finally Mike answered when I called from my other phone number and sounded surprised. After calling and calling I finally heard back from Keenan on March 5th. He proceeded to tell me I can go to PA and have a key made at Haldeman's expense. (Apparently the key was on backorder, even though it was available at numerous other places) I live nowhere near Philly so I gave the alternate of me getting the key made at a local dealer and Haldeman will reimburse me. Keenan and Mike agreed. March 8th, I had a key made and paid $284.28. I received a “we owe” from Keenan. I was told I would receive the check for reimbursement by March 11th. Followed up March 16th. Did not hear back. Followed up on March 17th. Was told I’d receive it by the end of the week. Did not receive it. Followed up on March 24th. Keenan said they were going to receive the check from corporate on March 25th and overnight it to me. Messaged Keenan on March 31st and got no reply (by the way, turn off your “read receipts” if you don’t want me to know that you’re reading my messages and not replying). Talked to Paul and got no callback from him, either. Why can’t anyone be straight with me? Received check on April 1st. Check bounced in April 2nd. Unreal. More

This haldeman Ford on rt-33 is fantastic. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and everything went so smooth. Kenny and Johnathan did a great job taking care of me. I asked Kenny to put a har second vehicle I purchased from them and everything went so smooth. Kenny and Johnathan did a great job taking care of me. I asked Kenny to put a hard cover on the bed of the truck and put on a set of splash guards . He had his service department install them immediately the next day. He also had the truck detailed and the truck was spotless. More
