I absolutely enjoyed the entire experience of buying my new truck from Hagerstown Ford. Within a few seconds of entering the showroom, John Smith asked if he could help me with anything. I told him what kind of truck I was looking for and we went from there. At first, as with many, I was skeptical about the Ecoboost V-6 compared to the standard V-8 engine. John allowed me to test drive a V-8 and then the Ecoboost to compare the two vehicles. I thought this was great. Not only did he explain the differences but he allowed me to experience them first hand. Once I drove the Ecoboost, I was a believer. In addition, John had the greatest personality. Talking to him was like talking to a long time friend. I would definitely recommend Hagerstown Ford to friends and family; and especially recommend John Smith as the salesperson. More

Smittie at Hagerstown Ford was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about Ford products. He accompanied me on 2 test drives - one in a Fusion(comparable to my priorcar) and the second in a Focus which he knowledgeable about Ford products.
