I feel NO need to explain what wrong since it's been back TWICE to be fixed . YOUR USED CAR MANAGER IS VERY RUDE. Both times my vehicle came back the same. So I'm pretty sure you can't help me if the two times my vehicle was there and NO one called me for days and when my husband called NO ONE had looked at it yet. Then I get a call it's fixed for the second time and wasn't. Then your service guy tells me the truth and said the used car Manager want me to pay half when we were told it would be fixed until they see how much it will cost. NO
