We would need to travel an hour and a half but we decided to go take a look. Bottom line, we are glad we did. Mitch met us as we arrived with the keys, plates were already on and we were off on our test drive. The buying process was amazing. There was no back and forth. Mitch was able to negotiate directly with us and an hour later we were driving off in our new Pilot. Highly recommend!!!!!! More

Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to talk to and shared his experiences about fatherhood. When the test drive was over we sat down to discuss the options we wanted when our daughter started fussing. He quickly found the car we wanted at another dealer and gave us a price we couldn't refuse. We were able to leave a deposit and be on our way in under an hour. Now that's service! More

Today was my first visit to this dealership, and I'm very happy with the Service Department, I was assisted by the service manager, who was professional and courteous, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. The experience was pleasant and positive, I didn't wait very long, however the waiting area is clean, and well maintained, and thus the wait was very easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new or preowned vehicle. Thank you very much. I'll be back. More
