I grew up in Pittsfield but now I live just passed Albany, NY - after checking out all THREE Subaru dealerships, I gladly drove the 60+ miles multiple times to experience the care and service that Haddad Subaru and Jimi deliver! I can't say enough positive things about this dealership; from their sales department to their service department to their parts department, they've always been first class. They've recently extended their hours and upgraded and updated their dealership too! This dealership should be your #1 place to go to for a Subaru if you're within a 100 mile radius, and clearly I'm not the only one that thinks so. I see a ton of cars over in the Albany/Capital Region area with the Haddad logo on them so I think plenty of others agree that they are truly top notch. They were the only dealership to even attempt to meat my aggressive price request on a new Subaru and the request on my Subaru that I was trading in. Their finance department was even able to find a loan for me that was better than what Subaru was offering as well :) I would rate them 11s across the board! More
