Several phone messages were placed with various requests, and when I returned to the show room the requests had been relayed to the appropriate parties and the team was ready to assist. It is also important to mention Ian in the finance department - I had placed several calls to Ian to modify the purchase of some additional coverage. Every call was greeted with cooperation, a pleasant attitude and Ian was patient explaining details until he knew I understood. When I was told I would be called back, I was called back....
