Several phone messages were placed with various requests, and when I returned to the show room the requests had been relayed to the appropriate parties and the team was ready to assist. It is also important to mention Ian in the finance department - I had placed several calls to Ian to modify the purchase of some additional coverage. Every call was greeted with cooperation, a pleasant attitude and Ian was patient explaining details until he knew I understood. When I was told I would be called back, I was called back.... My old car was 13 years old and had none of the new technology. Jimi assured me that he would not let me leave the dealership until I was satisfied that I understood everything. Jimi was a wonderful teacher. He was very patient and repeated instructions when needed. I felt very confident when I drove away. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. Jim never kept me waiting when we had an appointment. He was very knowledgable and charming. I couldn't have asked for more. I look forward to dealing with Jim in the future. More
