Danielle Delaney is Terrific! I have been having my 2001 Outback serviced at Haddad Subaru since I moved to the Berkshires full-time in August 2008. I worked with Danielle in 2012 I have been having my 2001 Outback serviced at Haddad Subaru since I moved to the Berkshires full-time in August 2008. I worked with Danielle in 2012 when trying to decide whether to purchase a used car or have my engine rebuilt. I opted for the latter at that time. At 219,000 miles this past week, I decided it was time to get a new one. Requested Danielle when I went in this past Saturday. I knew exactly what I wanted. She couldn't have been more accommodating in meeting my needs/"dreams." She was available 24/7 by text, email and/or cell phone during the process. Had an excellent "intro." and drive yesterday before bringing "Betsy II" home.
