The service manager worked with me to get the most cost effective 60k mile service on my Santa Fe. She checked out the vehicle I have and was able to tell me about their available savings. I was in the market to replace my Hyundai that also purchased from Haddad Hyundai and they did such a great job then getting me Into it even with my not so good credit . I was sceptical as to if they would be able to do it again considering I was looking at a $32000 Santa Fe but Steve was very comforting to explain that they had great financing options and worked with different lenders. Then it ended up evening working out better because they worked it out so I can lease it and have way more affordable payments for the car I wanted. Steve was very knowledgeable and respectful of my time and needs through the process. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new Hyundai to go see Steve , he has been there for over 10 years and knows how to handle things. More

When ever I come in to the dealership for my appointment I am greated right away by either Jay or Kathy. I am usually there for an appointment for oil change or other service on my car. The salespeople were very unprofessional. There was too much standing around, very few people doing work, and etc. I was there to purchase a vehicle and was approved for financing. The entire experience was a mess and was on par with the general experiences that have been shared with me by many of my friends. A look at the staff at this location should take place immediately. And please don't respond back (as you have with all the other comments) with how "you tried everything" and "did this deal" and that "financing" deal. That has nothing to do with this. Your customer service was sub-par and you should know this. More

I had a small problem with the seat cover on my drivers seat 2 months afetr I bought it, They replaced it no questions asked. I was very impressed as other dealers wouldn't do that. I have recommended this dealer and the Hyundai brand to many people since buying my car. I did my homework before buying and found the Hyundai has a very high safety rating and a great warranty.
