On the plus side, I got the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. On the negative side, Haddad gave me the impression that they couldn't care less about any aspect of the car buying process. I a reasonable price. It took almost 2 hours to get the finance manager to present me with paperwork to sign. When I came to pick up the car, there was another wait - the paperwork hadn't been prepared properly and they added $125 to the fees associated with the purchase. Fine, mistakes happen. But it's clear that they did nothing to get the vehicle ready for me to pick up, despite having two days to prepare. The contract says cars are sold with a full tank of gas - it had 3/8th... which I had put in when I took the car on an extended test drive! It's a plug in hybrid... they didn't plug it in, and it had 18% electric charge. The clock wasn't set. The windshield was covered in ice, making it undriveable until it was scraped off. In other words, they don't care. They say they do: they love the phrase "We want to earn your business". But actions speak louder than words, and their actions say very clearly, "Give us your money and go away." More
