I purchased a vehicle for the seventh time in the past 10 years from Haddad in Pittsfield Massachusetts. I have had the worst experience in the past 11 years. I have had people telling me that I don't know w years from Haddad in Pittsfield Massachusetts. I have had the worst experience in the past 11 years. I have had people telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about I've had lemons and they've told me it's too bad that's the way it is. Nobody wants to ever show me things that are going on just tell me things are done. I have spent way too much money I could have had a brand new home paid for I could have had a new car paid for in the past 11 years if I had known that the games that they play have been absolutely unnecessary. It's sad to see people running a business that use people and are very condescending and down right nasty. I have had a recent experience where the woman that sold me the car turns her back to me every time she sees me and she has been discussing me behind my back including the sales manager as well. Mr Haddad has the worst company and this will be the very last time I ever buy a car from them and when I win the lottery I will going hand them money and tell them to go find a better job pay off my car and mow my bills and buy the car of my choice outright but that's the type of person I am I'm always willing to help and be nice and caring everybody I have dealt with has just been absolutely overboard on showing me how awful of a person I am. I hope in the future people don't ever have to deal with what I had to deal with they also lied to me about the price of the car what they gave me for my car they also lied about what was totally do they told me four times with the different amount was and I finally figured it out and it's just absolutely awful. I also have multiple problems with this car that they say it's in my head I've brought the car in they said it's all in my head and there's nothing wrong with the car well from this point on I will deal with what I have to deal with with the car make my payments on time and hope that I can send a message to people that will understand what I've gone through because I've been crying at times I've been very frustrated I'm a healthcare worker and I work tremendously awful hours. they told me they don't care about healthcare workers they don't like me they already told me to my face they don't like me they told me to bother other people instead of them and that they're only out to sell cars and make money they don't care about people good luck in the future with buying a car from any had a dealer. More

Although we didn't end up buying the car (nothing to do with the dealership), the deal was difficult to say no to. Honestly, the best car salesman I've ever met with. Scheduled for 10/11/19 @ 9:30AM. Arrived at 9:20AM and checked in. Did not get car back until 10:50AM. Technician spilled oil over engine. After washing off. was told she was pulling it up front., went out to get it and she drove it off the lot and up Fenn St. had to wait another 5 minutes to get car. This kind of service is unacceptable and will never take my vehicle there again for any services. will take to Jiffy Lube for an oil change in the future. Faster and better customer service. Had many things to do and had to waste time waiting on a "simple oil change." More

I refused to sign it. Good test drive experience except no highway driving and it was a lower trim level so many of the features I wanted to check out weren't available. I explained that I needed to lease since the rebates are of no use. I asked whether I could get the NY rebates even though Haddad is in MA. I told him the lease terms, down payment, etc. Off he went to his manager. 20 minutes later he finally came back. The monthly payment was higher than another dealer had quoted. I told him that and he said what would it take to get a deal today? I said no NY rebate, he said when you register it in NY, you'll get the rebate. I told him again a tax rebate was of no use, it had to come off the price of the car. Back to the manager and he came back with a number for the car that was $500 less not the$2000 that is the NY rebate. He drew a line under the number and wanted me to sign agreeing to the terms. I said no as he went back to the manager and I left. I will never go back! More

They were so helpful in answering my questions, took the time to explain everything and really showed they cared and wanted to HELP me, instead of trying to make a sale. I had a totally comfortable experience and am looking forward to working with them in the future. I will definitely recommend my friends to Haddad Hyundai! More

Chris Harrington is a Great Salesman I had spent about 2 weeks on-line looking at used cars. I was not finding the right vehicle. Over the years I had tried buying cars from the Haddad dealerships without success. I thought I go see what they had at Haddad Hyundai. That was the right decision. Chris Harrington met me at the door and that was the start of a great experience! Chris’s enthusiasm, patience, knowledge, professionalism and humor made for a stress-free enjoyable purchase. Sales Manager Josh Gamache was also great. In addition to his usual responsibilities Josh also did the financing and signing of the paperwork with us. He made it an informative pleasant task. I have bought more than a few dozen vehicles in my life ranging from factory-ordered Cadillacs & European luxury sedans to used economy cars and trucks. My experience with Christopher Harrington & Josh Gamache was one of the Best. I highly recommend anyone in the market to go see Chris Harrington at Haddad Hyundai. More
