This was my first experience with Haddad Hyundai and I must say it went very well. I worked with an employee named Shawn Macdonald, he was very knowledgeable of every car I had interest in and a joy to wo must say it went very well. He put me at ease and never pressured me to buy or try a car that I was not comfortable with (I had an unpleasant experience with another dealer recently). Over all I was very pleased with the customer service and I am so happy to the be the new owner of my Hyundai Santa Fe, which I must say is EXACTLY what I wanted. The thorough way he presented this car really peaked my interest. He knew everything about it and went through it in such a way that I think I was sold at that moment. We needed a few days to process the idea - I am working part time and my husband is retired, working part time - and during this time, Eli honored the fact that we just needed time. He remained attentive and patient, and never pushed in any way. And it paid off, for both of us. At one point he was tied up with another customer and we were able to meet with Brian. He was great also. He stepped right in and provided us with another vehicle to test drive. He also knew the car and was very helpful. It's nice to see a supportive team approach. I was struck with the genuine concern and professionalism that I received across the board at Haddad. Everyone bent over backwards and was definitely willing to go the extra mile... I had an exceptional experience with this dealership and the two gentlemen that assisted me. I also in my three week process (due to my color choice ;), and not being totally sure I "needed" to trade,)inter the two gentlemen that assisted me. I love the service department already, because I have brought my Hyundai there after I purchased it in 2011 from Hartford CT. Now I love the sales group too. I wanted to trade in my Santa Fe for a Santa Fe 13. One day I connected with Elias while waiting for my service to finish. He is an awesome person, fully honest, never pushy, really cares about what "I" wanted, listened when I discussed all of my wants, and concerns, plus he provided valuable feedback. He is very knowledgeable about his job. He was able to answer ALL of my questions. Believe me......I ask tons!! He never faltered when I even got a little stubborn ; ). Along the way I interacted with Jarrod reference my trade in, and other questions I had about loans, extended warranty, how ordering works, etc. Elias and Jarrod just stayed right next to me, never faltered, and traveled along while I completed my purchase. NOT once did I feel rushed to make decisions, or felt I was being taken advantage of! This is so important to me as a female. I want to say this dealership is great for ensuring they are respectful, provide an open atomosphere without judgement, understanding how to listen and hear what we want, ask questions,and get to really know their customer!! I would refer any of my family members & friends to these guys and the Haddad dealership! Oh and the other Sales personnel were friendly and helpful when Elias wasn't in. I had an awesome experience at Haddad Hyundai with Jarrod Blache and Zach purchasing my new used car! As a female i know we can be taken advantage by car salesman and i did not feel taken advantage of in any Blache and Zach purchasing my new used car!
