Overall good experience the car was as advertised it had a couple of problems the dealership took care of no complaints. The price was okay. The only issue I have is during financing I was told we would se a couple of problems the dealership took care of no complaints. The price was okay. The only issue I have is during financing I was told we would set up autopay with my lender. This was a bit deceptive they set me up with a third party payment processor that wanted to charge a fee of almost 400.00 to take my money and give it to my lender. This third party payment processor has received significant fines for its deceptive business practices. After contacting the payment processor and being hung up on repeatedly I finally got through to a human and canceled their services. I was able to contact my lender set up my autopay directly with them and look forward to doing business with them for a long time. I recommend the dealership but offer a word of caution about their finance department. More

This dealership would not provide me with any compensation after I found (after the fact) that there was no spare tire and no back seat headrests (a safety concern in a crash.) I was told it was MY responsibility to check over the car at time of purchase and it wasn't their fault as it is a USED vehicle. I get that, but really? When it comes to a safety item? I feel duped. Not at all happy with my experience. Sales manager will not return your call if you have a complaint. Mine was car was under contract before corrections to key fob and moonroof were ma Sales manager will not return your call if you have a complaint. Mine was car was under contract before corrections to key fob and moonroof were made, and water stains were removed from fabric, all which took two weeks. Sadly I signed contract before corrections were completed. Never sign paperwork to buy car before all requested corrections are completed! They misrepresent the purchasing process by promising repairs then you no longer have three day return period if those repairs/ corrections go beyond three days. I learned the hard way, buyer beware! Upon actual delivery today I was told there is no three-day period left because I have been owner for two weeks already-without possession of my car purchase! So I'm stuck with possibly a lemon! Found out at mechanic check today after real true delivery today (when three-day return SHOULD begin that brake fluid cap is missing which could mean contaminated breaking system and might cause significant problems down the line. What do I do with that information? Make sure you don't get fooled by these people that misrepresent their selling promises! I have left messages today and still waiting for a call back from Sales Manager Paul. I'd like to complain to dealership owner next! This is no way to treat a customer. If they did not want to make these corrections in the first place they should have said so and I would moved on. Today service manager Jamie tole me they have gone way out of their way to make me "happy". I'd strongly submit to buying prospects - shop elsewhere, RGREG does not care about its customers! I bought my New-To-Me car yesterday from the West Palm Beach location. I'd been shopping for well over a month and had visited several dealerships. I was so disgusted with the car buying process at all of the dealerships. Shady, shady, shady. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised with my experience at HGreg of West Palm Beach. Angel Victoria was lovely to work with and the opposite of what you imagine when you think "Used Car Salesman". He joked with us, made us feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being "talked at" which is the standard at every other place I'd been to before. Angel was patient with me and the process was very quick. When it came time to work on financing, John Clark was very pleasant and helpful also. I would definitely recommend this place to purchase your vehicle. It was a breath of fresh air. More

The sales rep Angel Victoria was great. He was nice, helpful, and courteous. The Jeep was on the lot and ready for us to take on a test drive. We drove from West Kendall to see the vehicle. We came home helpful, and courteous. The Jeep was on the lot and ready for us to take on a test drive. We drove from West Kendall to see the vehicle. We came home after about 4 hours with our dream Jeep and paid a fair price. Jeeps tend to hold the price and are expensive. But we are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. More
