Letty who was at the establishment was professional, courteous, down to earth, accommodating and most importantly: she was not pushy. Letty worked with me to get me the car. I took a test drive, traded in my old car and purchased the new one right then and there. I was in and out he door in a short and efficient time. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend anyone to use HGreg.com, I know I will again some day in the future. LETTY: well done! You deserve a commission or a pay rise (or both!) - you are doing a good job, I was impressed. Thanks More
I chose to still reach out to the dealer for a vehicle they had listed even though it was overpriced compared to the market. Received a quote only to find almost 5 thousand dollars added on in unwanted ad they had listed even though it was overpriced compared to the market. Received a quote only to find almost 5 thousand dollars added on in unwanted add ons that couldn’t be negotiated. So I asked to add those same add ons to my trade in and was turned down . This place has honestly the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Stay away ! More
Found a car on their website. Called to confirm the details as listed and they were confirmed by two separate employees. I drove four hours to the dealership to learn that the car Called to confirm the details as listed and they were confirmed by two separate employees. I drove four hours to the dealership to learn that the car was not as described. Instead of being apologetic, I was told by the sales manager that “maybe next time I should call ahead.” But I did call ahead, and the information was still wrong. Sales manager was very arrogant and refused to even apologize for my wasted time. Additionally, after pointing out some egregious bodywork that was not shown online, I was told that they edit their photos to “smooth things out.” Spend your money elsewhere. More

Hgreg title department Beda advised it is not hgreg problem and will not issue a new tag. Hgreg has to understand this is unprofessional on their part and has to do better. i was given a tag from them that could possibly have a hit and run attached to it or even worse a death. when i never owned the tag until 01/13/2023 More
Beware purchasing a vehicle from either here or their competitor nearby (OFF LEASE)… I have purchased a vehicle from both dealers within the past year and SAME scenario…. I don’t know if this is an extr competitor nearby (OFF LEASE)… I have purchased a vehicle from both dealers within the past year and SAME scenario…. I don’t know if this is an extreme case of bad luck but I’m extremely disappointed at this point with my purchase… this car is deteriorating by the day, new discoveries are being presented one after the other. Last night my brakes went completely out while driving and I nearly lost my life…. This was my final straw! I purchased a 2018 Audi A5 Convertible for $30k…. Already after 1 week…There is a bad wheel bearing, the driver side window had random stuff wedged in between the seal and the glass that blocked wind from coming into the car because it does not seal right (something I pointed out when we test drove), the speakers in the rear are blown out, there is a crack in the windshield (notice after purchase as I bought the vehicle the night before discovery and it was dark), I was told the tire was plugged after my test drive because they found a nail in it but discovered you guys left the nail in my tire and had me drive off the lot as is and I had to get it repaired myself, every single wheel has curb damage, there was a softball sized dent on the trunk, and the paint scratches on this vehicle was covered up by what looks like a sharpie or a paint corrector marker you buy at autozone….and now this brake situation… I paid nearly full market value for this car compared to what other dealers have for it for sale…to have this many issues a few weeks into ownership… they say they price their cars according to the condition it’s in and they sell them AS IS…. I completely feel as if I bought a vehicle that never went through a service inspection and it came directly from the auction… what’s the point of going to a dealer anymore if we just sell auction vehicles blindly to the public and charge $2k in dealer fees to broker the transaction??? Update: 02/11/22 After having owned this vehicle for ongoing now 45days and driving 2000 miles. The car is falling apart day by day. I have spent hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees. So far we have diagnosed broken front upper control arms, front brake hoses on both sides bent and broken, no brake shimmy/spacers in between brake pads and calipers/rotors on either front two crake calipers, A/C Freon leak, window regulator broken, sold w/ a cracked windshield (didn’t notice it when purchased as it was 8pm), every wheel curbed and damaged, defective car key remote, sold with a nail in left rear tire (was told it was patched right before I drove off the lot, not left with a nail in it.) The brake lines/hoses were not securely mounted to the vehicle and resulted in one fraying while I was driving, expelling all brake fluid from it being bent back and fourth after every turn (clearly an ongoing issue.) I could have killed myself or killed someone else with the lack of brakes. This should have been found during a routine inspection when the dealer took possession of the vehicle. So far I am $1938.00 in the hole 45 days after purchasing the car. And this is only because I found a mechanic that does work on European vehicles for $155/hr labor rates. Audi of WPB charges $325/hr labor rate and quoted me $4800+ in total for the repairs. $839 new key $807 window regulator & A/C Freon fix, diagnostic $214 Diagnostic fee $154 Brake shimmy/spacer Still have to repair the control arms which are the most expensive @ $1,000 a piece. I have included a video as well with my update addressing the brake diagnostic from the mechanic. More
