Best car buying experience I've ever had! I'm a New Yorker and knew that I wanted a car that hasn't been through rough winters and road salt. I started looking for used BMW X3's using Cargurus I'm a New Yorker and knew that I wanted a car that hasn't been through rough winters and road salt. I started looking for used BMW X3's using Cargurus and HGreg had one of the first cars to show up simply because they had the better deal for miles. Instantly I was excited by the year, price and low mileage of the car. I was a little nervous because I have never made such a large purchase being so far away out of state. Salesman Pedro Rodriguez eased all of my worries by how prompt he was in responding, taking pictures and how well he communicated the whole process. I just received the car and it's in even better condition than what the pictures showed! This has forever changed how I buy cars in the future and I will definitely come back to HGreg and refer others. More

Bad beyond imagination. I could not imagine so many things going wrong at a dealership! My experience was a nightmare! We requested to see a BMW that was posted on their site I could not imagine so many things going wrong at a dealership! My experience was a nightmare! We requested to see a BMW that was posted on their site. Our salesperson, Anthony, said the vehicle was available but we had to take a trip to their warehouse, located about 15 minutes away, even though when we scheduled an appointment we requested that the vehicle be brought up to the showroom. While waiting for the van, which took 20 minutes, we witnessed a fist-fight between our salesperson Anthony and another employee. Instead of helping us find a car, he was busy punching a co-worker! Oscar, the manager, blatantly stated to "wait because our salesperson is in a fight", as if it was nothing. When we finally got to the vehicle and asked for a test drive, it was completely out of gas. We scheduled an appointment to check the car with another manager named Frank, who confirmed he would be there on July 31st at 9:00am to assist us. We drove over 80 miles only to find out the manager was not there. At the end of the day, we couldn't make the purchase because there was no service at all. Do not go to Hgreg no matter how good the deal looks! More

Good choice, terrible service YOU CAN DO BETTER We went to buy our car here in July - they charge $899 of dealer fee that is supposedly covering a deep car inspection to make su YOU CAN DO BETTER We went to buy our car here in July - they charge $899 of dealer fee that is supposedly covering a deep car inspection to make sure that is in good order, but after driving it for 1 week we had to perform the following maintenance: - The windshield wipers were completely gone, had to replace both of them - Tires were without any tread left, had to change all four - Had to change oil and filter - Had to do a recall on the car that was 1 year old and wasn't taken care of All I got back was a 80$ check for half of the expenses on repairs + 2 tyres. Isn't this something they should take care of as a part of the $899 dealer fee? In summary - this dealer do not care of giving you good service, they just have scale to offer very good choice and decent pricing but beware, you got what you pay for More
