One conditon was to have the dealer repaired a rear motion sensor before we picked up the truck. Well, it is not 08/25/2017 and we still don't have the truck because the part according to them has not arrived and they don't really know when it is expected . Everyday is a different story. One of the versions is that it was too expensive for them to have to buy the entore system so they decided no to order. Then told by service rep that he had finally found the one part of the system and that the Nissan dealer close to them were at fault for not delivering it on time. Was promised truck by yesterday. Still to day another song and dance. Managers aren't available. Always in meetings, away from desk, lunch , or maybe bathroom. No one gives tyou a straight answer. Will NEVER recommend or buyfrom again!!! Stay away More

Quick fast and professional Pedro contacted me Saturday night for a 2014 435i I was interested in. He went to the dealer to make sure it was there for sure because I live in Orla Pedro contacted me Saturday night for a 2014 435i I was interested in. He went to the dealer to make sure it was there for sure because I live in Orlando. Instead of just telling me yes he sent me videos of the car insides and out which was completely unexpected but appreciated. He sent me a deposit and sales contract the same night I sent it back by the morning and vehicle was on hold for me. Financing was done by Tuesday and I drove down to pick up the car Wednesday. The car looked way better in person and I'm happy with my purchase. Alothough they had two m4'sI didn't know about lol. Thanks Pedro. More

By happenstance we saw on their Pompano Beach website a beautiful 8 year old car they had just received a day earlier, in fantastic condition, for sale for $34,800. ($7,650. below market) that originally sold new for $107,000. and offered $30,000. and they met us in the middle at $32,000. and the sale was quick and painless. The G.M. CHARLIE and our SALESMAN ISHMAEL went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. We recommend this dealership and will purchase from them again. We researched the dealership first and read the bad reviews along with the good, but of course know that most satisfied customers don't write reviews, and when you sell thousands of ultra high end used cars there will be some unhappy customers, unfortunately blaming the HGreg Lux dealership rather than the vehicle's manufacturer as rightfully should of been. More

Could have been better Done a few out of state purchases and this was by far the worst. Just a lack of communication and movement on the sale. I had to call repeatedly to just purchase it and then facilitate movement of the entire sale...its like they did not care about selling a vehicle. The positive note of the entire experience was Pedro and Javier. I had to go to Pedro for everything because he was the only responsive individual and kept looking for the answer. He also took photos before the sale and while it was being shipped off to me. I made calls to finance, accounting, operator, etc etc and I was lucky to have the phone picked up r if transferred I would be transferred to a ringing phone. I still have to register the car so lets hope that goes smoothly and I dont have to reach back to the dealer for anything. I would probably not do busy with this dealer again due to the length of effort but I would be more than happy to work with Pedro and Javier, thanks! More
