BUYER BEWARE Bought a car here on March 25 for our condo in Fl. To make the car safe, they needed to replace the tires and did so before I left. Have driven the car less then 500 miles and the car locks up. The service dealer reports that the wrong sized tires were used and now I need a new transfer case clutch. I called HGREG about it, and all he said was it was past the 7 days exchange date and not their problem, even though THEY put the WRONG ties on the car. Prices show cheap until the add $1000 fee for salesman. WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN AND WARN YOU NOT TO ALSO!!! More

Got me a better interest rate than I expected! Charles is definitely a salesman. He was informative and knowledgeable. I felt confidant in his ability to get me the best interest rate possible. He even sold me on the extended warranty something I hadn't considered or probably would have never bought but he made it seem sensible especially considering the kind of car I bought. Only thing I would recommend is that they get the setup like Carvana where you can sign all the documents online. The documents came the next day so wasn't a big deal but might help expedite the process some. More
