This is a scam dealership After speaking with Ronald, a "salesman" then texting him (names are made up, you are dealing with a call center) I was told to make the hour and a ha After speaking with Ronald, a "salesman" then texting him (names are made up, you are dealing with a call center) I was told to make the hour and a half trip into xxxx. Don't ever try to drive to Doral at any time of day, for any reason. I was told that the car would be cleaned up and put up front, awaiting my arrival. When I showed up on 9/28 I walked to the car (in the back of the lot) and noticed it had a sign in the window that said SOLD to Amanda Lovely on 9/25. I went to the sales floor which is where I found out that there was no Ronald. I was met by a saleshark who explained that the car had been previously sold and maybe I would be interested in another vehicle. Classic bait and switch. This car is still listed on their site even after I raised xxxx. This was a huge waste of time to the ugliest place on the planet. It is a third world xxxx show and I'm guessing that the scams run deep here. The "low prices" are for good reason. More

Put it this way, my mother just lost her car in the Keys during Hurricane Irma and we took her to Kendall Toyota where she purchased a brand new Camry no financing paid in full on the spot and we were in and out in under 2 hours! I want the time I wasted there back!!! The interaction I had at HGreg car dealership in Doral, FL on 9/23/17 was unsatisfactory. The sales associate, Greg was unwilling to assist us (which The interaction I had at HGreg car dealership in Doral, FL on 9/23/17 was unsatisfactory. The sales associate, Greg was unwilling to assist us (which is surprising for someone with allegedly 4 years of car sale experience). Another associate, Hebert step in throughout the remainder of the car shopping process. In essence, they were a waste of time that I wished I got back. These sale associates were unwilling to negotiate pricing despite the advertise listed mileage for a 2012 Chevy Traverse LT was 59,880 and when inspected prior to test driving it showed 63,432. Also, some pieces were not tightly place in the trunk area and was coming off. When brought to their attention, they brushed it off as if it was nothing. When it came time to negotiating, they were unwilling to negotiate a reasonable offer off, but only a measly $200 off the purchase price of $13,000. I was not trying to be unreasonable by requesting more off as I based this off the Kelly Blue Book Value range of the vehicle. Also, I even asked them to show the service records of the vehicle done by the dealership and they alleged that the service department was closed despite cars and people in there. What a bunch of baloney! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of HGreg car dealership. They are nothing more than a bunch of crooks and shady people. P.S. HGreg do not contact me with your fake attempt at customer service. I've seen all I could see and there is no need to express your false sympathy about your associates as it is not needed.
