My fiancé and I went to Miami's Hgreg to purchase a BMW. He liked two (2011 and a 2009), but ended up choosing the 2009. We picked up the car today and within 2 minutes of driving off the lot, the car overheated and shut down, luckily I was following right behind him so he wasn't stranded on the highway. It turns out there was barely any coolant in the car and the fan Didn't work. We went back, complained and they offered us the 2011 for a little more monthly and after some haggling we took the deal. Long story short, since we were supposed to drive back home to Tampa that night, I was very nervous that this car was going to have problems as well and insisted that they do a basic inspection on the car today (even though they say they already do that when the car comes into the dealership) and they agreed to do one that day. They also say in the paper work something about each car gets an inspection before selling which they lied to us about inspecting the first car as the coolant was almost empty and the fan wasn't working and the second car had serious problems as well which I will explain below. We picked up the car and started heading to Tampa. 45 minutes to an hour in, about 5 of the warning lights on the dashboard turn on. He was following behind me and we also realized that the speedometer was off on his car and the RPMs were off as well. We assumed something with the computer must be wrong and at this point we are already almost to the long highway so we figure that we will take the car to get checked out when we get home. About an hour after this ( I watched this happen in my rearview mirror) his car drove over a small puddle in the road and completely lost all control and traction. We were going about 75 and his car was going straight and the car was acting normal when all of a sudden it spun out of control in an instant to the left and plunged into the sloping grass median (probably the width of an 8-10 lane highway) and flew across the OTHER side of traffic and ran slammed into the bumper. The car was totaled and by the way, no airbags went off either. So those weren't working. Thank god he was okay, but if this had happened on a bridge, or at a busier time of day when more cars, it is very likely that he and other people could have been very hurt or killed. This is a HUGE deal. Both problems with the different cars were because of complete negligence of the dealer and because the false promise that the cars were mechanically checked out and safe. We've called the dealership and they refuse to take responsibility for this. Also, it's been weeks and the car insurance that was provided at Hgreg is refusing to return any of our calls. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HGREG!!!! More

Probably 50 open Stations to conduct you buying experience with those AROUND YOU. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional setting buying a car in my life. Not only did they hide the information on the car fax they could not find the vehicle. I chose to stand outside because of the loud show going on inside. 95 degrees out not a seat to be seen for miles. But a picnic tables stuffed in a corner. The salesperson comes out and asks me if I see the car. Really Clowns should have had it ready upon my arrival. Then informed car is off property 3 miles away. Sat on picnic beach sweating to be taken to vehicle approximately an hour ordeal. Arrive at Garage Sale can't find vehicle once again. Send in more Clowns to look for Car. 20 minutes later the car appears out of the Circus Tent. I ask him to open trunk, hood, doors and blast AC because I was ready to pass out from the heat. Upon inspection of the clown car which may have been submerged in water!!! Scratches and dents throughout he tells me, oh just the paint..Then the floor mats so filthy and discusting tell me oh we'll clean them. Are you kidding me at this point???? For a joke I got in car to see if I could find Lions, Tigers or perhaps a Bear living in the car. After the Visor falls on my head while trying to close it. He asks, if I would care to drive the car. All I wanted to do was get as far away from this ridiculous performance. Find the reviews a complete joke from others. Obviously have either never purchased a vehicle or this is the Miami Way full of the Best Clowns on Earth!! Enjoy the SHOW!! More

The sales personal lacks experience and knowledge of the trade. The English language does not exist in this facility. The Sales Manager, was the worse of all. He lacks, professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Has no busines being a manager. He is rude and insulting. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are liars. They tell you one price and then offer you something else. Read the fine print!! I would never recommend this dealer to anybody. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! More
