I have been coming to this dealer for years now. The last couple of times they haven’t been much help. I went in for service and they didn’t work on what I came in for. Gurnee VW already had all my information, including needed service from my purchase. I drove in, handed off my key, and had a pleasant wait for my car to be finished. It was easy and convenient. While out of state, this dealership turned off cruise control to update MAP sensor after a check engine light notification and never turned it back on. This was not noticed until back home. Called dealership and they said to bring to a dealership locally and they would take care of it. Have contacted via text and email several times and cannot get a straight answer on a reimbursement. I did make an appointment with a sales person to come back to the show room and have him help me download it but I was unable to make my appointment so that part is on me. More
The people are nice, but they did not check all the basic fluids on my service. I specifically asked to fill washer fluid. It was my daughters car and she was traveling right after the service.
