My car was there for 2 days with no one calling me or letting me know that it was ready. I spent 2 hrs on hold waiting for the service manager to call me whom never called, I was told he was too busy. I letting me know that it was ready. And to my surprise, I get there and the service manager was playing on his phone, sitting back with a big ole grin on his face. And then he had the audacity to give me attitude when I confronted him. Horrible place, horrible dealership, exceptionally terrible service. I am considering selling car car so that I can disassociate myself with VW altogether. More

Customer service and communication at this dealership is horrible. I had an issue with my car that took three visits for resolution. Each time I experienced little to no update or status. The second visi horrible. I had an issue with my car that took three visits for resolution. Each time I experienced little to no update or status. The second visit they kept my car for three days with no loaner car offered. Third visit I had to ask for a loaner, but at this point no one would even greet me. I also used the feedback through text that the dealership requested and never heard back e.g if you need anything during your visit don’t hesitate. Poor management at its core and makes me want to switch off a VW branded car. More
