I feel as though my car was not looked at until a few hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting. After my appointment my rain sensin hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting. After my appointment my rain sensing windshield wipers no longer function properly and my rear view mirror rattles when driving. I now have a follow up appointment for this Saturday at 8:00 to address wipers and mirror. More

I had an appointment but they didn’t take my car until an hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant. Overall it’s a good dealer, usually don’t have any issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer.
