I feel as though my car was not looked at until a few hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting. After my appointment my rain sensin hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting. After my appointment my rain sensing windshield wipers no longer function properly and my rear view mirror rattles when driving. I now have a follow up appointment for this Saturday at 8:00 to address wipers and mirror. More

To be honest, this are my 3rd visit here this month and my 1st visit I was not happy. I guess it’s true it is sweeter the second time around LOL. My service appointment went well. The service writer Bill, kept me updated as I waited and was informative about some preventive maintenance that would need to be done soon. I had an appointment but they didn’t take my car until an hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant. When my car was done, they could not locate it and it took another 20 minutes to find my car hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant. Overall it’s a good dealer, usually don’t have any issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer. I was told it was “almost done” and they’re” getting the paperwork”. It was over another hour. I get people are short staffed but I could have been told so I could go home! Plus the construction noise was INSANE!! More
