I literally stated in my post that I tried contacting you for months and your general manager didn't even care to get back to me on a priority level. You guys have my information but instead of pulling that up and calling me or talking t your general manager about It, you guys are giving me a generalized reply because that's going to make you guys look good in the eyes of the public. I shouldn't have to wait three months for this issue to be solved. It should have been solved right away.
