Buying my truck from u was a horrible experience. Then Had tires put on it you left Lube all over the tires all over the rims we had to go and get cleaned after we picked it up after showed Mike. It was my first time buying a car and the staff was patient with my family and I. The only things I did not like was a new paint job warranty added on that I did not ask for. The seller said that the car went through the dealer place’s inspections and should be fine but when I had the car checked by a car repair shop they told me I needed about $2,000 in future repairs. It’s still in my budget but I wish I knew beforehand. Otherwise I’m very happy I bought my first car here! More
They are not polite, cheat, lie, disregard the customer, add products from other companies without knowing what it is. It was said that the bill will not be in and when I got home they gave me $ 475.00 without my consent and they didn't give me the car history, when I showed it I had to sign it, but I didn't see all the cards. I was told that I would get a complete set as it was printed. I did not get . All the time I felt the mocking looks and laughter of 3 men where the manager was sitting. My personal data was transferred to LoJack from which I received the notification. So far, no one has explained to me what I was credited with, what it is, what are my consequences. I don't have a car history. I made a mistake that I went there, and with so much of my experience with car dealers, I did not meet so lamely treated. Edward More
