My interaction with the man who met me and took information regarding the issues was not good. In the past the service associates have been pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Not good. It definitely tainted my opinion of bringing my car back to your location for service. Interestingly I was there due to a "we've missed you" coupon for an oil change and I figured I could have another issue checked while there. After being told it would cost me $150 to even tell me if it was covered by warranty, I skipped it. More
