My interaction with the man who met me and took information regarding the issues was not good. In the past the service associates have been pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Interestingly I was there due to a "we've missed you" coupon for an oil change and I figured I could have another issue checked while there. After being told it would cost me $150 to even tell me if it was covered by warranty, I skipped it. More
