This dealership just wasted 3 hours of our time negotiating on a car that had $5,000 worth of add ons we weren’t aware of until I noticed the fine print on the offer. We negotiated with 3 different salesmen/managers the whole time saying they were having to get approvals from the GM. We finally agreed reluctantly on a price higher than anticipated when we walked in (my daughter was paying 1/2) and the salesman left to get the car detailed and paperwork started. Ten to 15 minutes later he returned saying ‘sorry we can’t do the deal my GM says we’ll lose too much money.’ This was my daughter’s first legit car buying experience and she was confused and devastated at the outcome after 3 hours and thinking she was finally getting car she loved. This dealership has 1.5 stars. I completely understand why! More

BUYER BEWARE - FALSE ADVERTISING - they posted online a nice Honda Accord for $20,590. They told me the final price would be $27K. With today's high gas prices, I wasted $39 in gas driving an hour and half and back to see a car that should have been posted $24.6K. Instead I drive out there and told it's much more. I did try negotiating, but they took very little off. Very frustrating to waste gas on this trip. I will know to check the dealer ratings online next time and even call ahead when I go to another dealer. I saw tons of reviews online, different sites, that all say the same thing, false advertising of the price. More
