Upon getting my car home, I noticed the front licence plate was way off center and not a simple matter of unscrewing it to relocate it because that would leave screw holes exposed. I had to return my car to the dealership two weeks after to get some last minute package details sorted out. I pointed out the plate issue while I was in the service department. David(?) was very understanding and accommodating. I picked up my car later that week and the plate issue was resolved. It may seem like a small or benign detail, but being a new car and having a hint of buyers remorse, it was very disappointing and disheartening to see. Now, I couldn't be happier with the end result. I love the service I recieved and every aspect of my vehicle at this point. I tip my hat off to the service department! More

Unprofessional service Poor sales - Bait and switch with a price that was well below the actual price. After the sale, Hyundai did not process any of the paperwork in a timely manner (5 weeks so far) that I had to make payments on both my new car and my trade in.
