HUGE LIARS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING!! GURNEE HYUNDAI IS SERIOUSLY A JOKE. THEY ARE FULL OF LIARS AND DO NOT SUPPORT WHAT THEY SAY. I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR AND WAS TOLD BY DUSTIN I GURNEE HYUNDAI IS SERIOUSLY A JOKE. THEY ARE FULL OF LIARS AND DO NOT SUPPORT WHAT THEY SAY. I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR AND WAS TOLD BY DUSTIN I COULD USE MULTIPLE INCENTIVES AT ONE TIME. IT ENDS UP THAT WAS A LIE. I TALKED TO MULTIPLE OTHER HYUNDAI DEALERSHIPS AND THEY SAID SOME INCENTIVES CANNOT BE MIXED TOGETHER. IN ADDITION, I LIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE AND ASKED IF THE ONLINE PRICE WAS THE REAL PRICE OF THE CAR WITH NO INCENTIVES ADDED, A GUY NAMED LEO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THE ONLINE PRICE IS THE REAL PRICE OF THE CAR WITH NO INCENTIVES ADDED. WHEN I GO TO THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY, IT TURNS OUT THAT THE ONLINE PRICE HAS EVERY INCENTIVE POSSIBLE IN THE PRICE AND THAT THAT PRICE IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE TO GET. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THAT I WAS LIED TO. THE MANAGER CAME TO TALK TO ME AND IT WAS LIKE TAKING TO A BRICK WALL, HE DID NOT GIVE ME ANY ATTENTION.THEIR CARS ARE VERY OVERPRICED AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE A GOOD DEAL. MORAL OF THE STORY, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID. More
