Service/Sales experience First I came to the dealership with one car in mind and a payment budget. I wanted a 2017 Elantra. No fault of the dealership it was about 25% higher than expected but still affordable. I worked with Wilfredo who was honest and upfront to me from the start. He did very well going through the details of the vehicle So I purchased the vehicle I also had purchased a pivotal finish coating. Service had called me to make an appointment to do the finish, I was told on 8/24 about mid morning would be best for both sides(myself and dealership) so I get a text message as a reminder, but it said 7am, which was inconvenient for me, so I switched some daily duties around and made the appointment on time. Sales said it would take about 8 hours for the application to take place, dealer gave me a loaner car at no cost to me. Jeff had informed me it would take longer, which I was ok with, asked me to come get it the next day. I said ok no problem. Then I receive a phone call from secretary saying it would be 5 pm up until 6:30 pm on 8/25(received that call at 7:21am) that day. I said ok no problem. I show up at 6:15 on 8/25. Was told that my car paperwork and key was not there. The secretary even went into shop and looked for it and was unable to find it. I was a little annoyed at that time and still had a loaner car. But walked out not understanding where my car was, so I drove the lot and couldn't find it. Went home and was gonna dig more into the situation the following day. No phone call was placed to me on 8/26 saying that my car was ready. I came to the dealership after work and they had my car front row inside of service department waiting for me, so overall I was happy in the end. I understand companies have miscommunication issues as my company does also. But they fixed the problem in the end. That's what matters to me most. Overall I am satisfied with the dealership and will come back for my next car. Thanks to all the hard work you do for your customers. More

Completely satisfied with service by Rohrman Hyundai Oil change and air filter replaced on 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Appointment scheduled for 8 am and was seen promptly at 8 am.
