I was told repairs would be over $5,000 and was billed $200 to diagnose it. Took it elsewhere and repairs were $1,400 with $100 diagnostic fee going towards bill. I have no problem with the dealership just the way my truck was returned to me after the oil change! There were oily smudges in three places on the outside of the door, a large oily smudge on the driver’ truck was returned to me after the oil change! There were oily smudges in three places on the outside of the door, a large oily smudge on the driver’s arm rest which got transferred to my shirt! I pointed this out to a service writer and he was apologetic and offered to have it wiped off but I was way to upset and wanted to leave! I asked if he would report it and said he would he looked at the paperwork for the mechanics name but I doubt it was turned in! For this reason I will not bring my vehicle in for service if this is the way a customer’s vehicle is disrespected! I’m sure if mine was treated this way every vehicle he touches is treated the same way! More
