I have no problem with the dealership just the way my truck was returned to me after the oil change! There were oily smudges in three places on the outside of the door, a large oily smudge on the driver’ truck was returned to me after the oil change! There were oily smudges in three places on the outside of the door, a large oily smudge on the driver’s arm rest which got transferred to my shirt! I pointed this out to a service writer and he was apologetic and offered to have it wiped off but I was way to upset and wanted to leave! I asked if he would report it and said he would he looked at the paperwork for the mechanics name but I doubt it was turned in! For this reason I will not bring my vehicle in for service if this is the way a customer’s vehicle is disrespected! I’m sure if mine was treated this way every vehicle he touches is treated the same way! More

Eric was great to deal with could not have asked for better service once he was assigned to me. However getting to talk to a service team member was a pain I believe I talked to two different people fro better service once he was assigned to me. However getting to talk to a service team member was a pain I believe I talked to two different people from a foreign country who were not employees of Gunn then I called the actual dealership again and asked to be placed on hold until a service team member could speak. From that Mormon Eric again was fantastic responsive knowledgeable and followed up. They just need to figure out a better way to get customers to their employees not a third party answering service More
