Just amazing how different this dealer was, and in particular Alex Martinez, in customer service. I went to 7 Toyota dealers in Houston area and they all tried to add on the Gulf States Toyota add ons particular Alex Martinez, in customer service. I went to 7 Toyota dealers in Houston area and they all tried to add on the Gulf States Toyota add ons. We all know they are optional but the GST mafia want to push them to the public and most dealers help them. I told every dealer that I wasn’t going to pay $59 for USB cables (one of the rip off packages) Sheryl out of principle. Alex and Gulf Coast Toyota were the only ones that listened. I got the add ons I wanted and the color and type of Highlander I wanted. Kudos guys for understanding what customer service is all about. Thanks guys!!! More
