My recent purchase of a new vehicle at Gulf Coast Toyota was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I think we have all felt the pride that goes with owning a new vehicle, but this has been dimmed in the past was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I think we have all felt the pride that goes with owning a new vehicle, but this has been dimmed in the past by the feeling of being pressured into something that did not seem right once the deal was completed. This was not the case of my experience with Blaine Williams and Gulf Coast Toyota. All of my questions were answered, I was treated with respect, and was not pressured in any way to make a purchase. Of all the encounters I have had at auto dealerships this was the most professional and friendly of them all. I commend Blaine and the Gulf Coast Toyota staff for their professionalism and friendly atmosphere. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and I look forward to many years of quality service from them. More
I was impressed by the way that I was not "attacked" by Blaine when I went to purchase my new car. He didn't make me "wait" for hours while the price was negociated, I hate that more that an "attacked" by Blaine when I went to purchase my new car. I am writing to say how very pleased I am with the experience of buying my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Gulf Coast Toyota in Angleton. I stopped there before going to the Houston market to see what the experience of buying my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Gulf Coast Toyota in Angleton. I stopped there before going to the Houston market to see what they could do for me, I told them make me happy so I don't have to go any further. And they did just that. I am pleased to say that even though there was a misunderstanding between me and the dealership on the financing- (my payment was more than what I thought I was quoted)Gulf Coast Toyota came to my benefit and gave me the lower interest rate and therefore my payments were what I wanted. Not many dealerships (in fact I don't know of any other one)that would have done that to satisfy the customer. They were not just out to make money, they made sure I was pleased with my purchase. I will definitely buyer another purchase from them and in fact this is not my first purchase from them. Mr. Ezzard Sam and I [Michael V. Jenkins] are church members. I recently spoke to him about the purchase of a new vehicle. I had purchased a new Toyota from him in 2001. I had been very pleased with members. I recently spoke to him about the purchase of a new vehicle. I had purchased a new Toyota from him in 2001. I had been very pleased with his honesty through the years and of course the performance of the Toyota. I set an appointment to come by Gulf Coast on June 30, 2011 [sometime that morning]. When I arrived, Mr. Sam introduced me [and a friend of mine] to Blaine Williams. Blaine was to be our salesperson. Blaine was extremely nice, and very personable. He already had two Highlanders [the vehicle I told Mr. Sam that I was interested in] parked by the door waiting for me to see. Blaine explained the differences between the two vehicles--which led me to make a more intelligent decision on which vehicle to choose. I took a test drive in the vehicle, and Blaine was the passenger. He answered all of the questions we had during the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, Blaine was not pushy or overly aggressive about selling me the Highlander. He simply provided me with the information so I could make the best choice to fit my needs. Once I chose the Highlander-I met with Mr. Sam to begin the paperwork. I had already done extensive homework concerning the cost and features of the Highlander. I knew the cost of the options [that I wanted], and the cost of what the dealer paid [invoice amount]. When Mr. Sam gave me the cost I would pay--I was completely satisfied. The research I had done on the vehicle assured me that I was getting a honest deal. The Toyota Mr. Sam sold me in 2001 [and the one I drove to the dealership that day] was traded in at Gulf Coast. I was completely satisfied with the trade-in amount I received. After the paperwork was completed, Blaine had the vehicle gassed up and ready for us to drive home. There was a small botch on the hood of the Highlander. When we brought it to Blaine's attention--he immediately took it to Service Dept.-where it was removed. The quality of the work was very good. Before I drove the vehicle home, Blaine sat in the front passenger seat [while I sat in the driver's seat]--he explained all of the controls, features and tools inside the Highlander-he also answered further questions that we had. He reinterated about the service aggreement and handled me the owner's manual. When I arrived home and checked my computer, Blaine had already emailed me. He wanted me to know that he was there at Gulf Coast--and for me to contact him with any future concerns. I had a very pleasant buying experience at Gulf Coast--thanks to Ezzard Sam and Blaine Williams. More

I think he went above and beyond to explain everything, and he worked very hard to get the vechicle I wanted. Our Salesman was one of the best I have ever had. He made every effort to match a competitors price and to keep me happy while some changes we requested where made to our auto.
