Alex went above and beyond my expectations during the entire experience I had purchasing my new Rav 4 at Gulf Coast Toyota. I was actually on my way to a different dealership to look at other vehicles wh entire experience I had purchasing my new Rav 4 at Gulf Coast Toyota. I was actually on my way to a different dealership to look at other vehicles when I got the call from Alex telling me that he had the make and model I was looking for, on the lot, ready for me to come check it out. I arrived and went for a test drive right away. During the test drive Alex was very descriptive about the features of the car and how everything worked. He walked me through the entire process, 1 step at a time. He was very straightforward and honest from the start.
