Awesome Angie takes care of Actuator Angie Shaw took great care of me and my Explorer as usual. I went by Ford Service at 7:30 and picked her up and she rode with me to my office a mile Angie Shaw took great care of me and my Explorer as usual. I went by Ford Service at 7:30 and picked her up and she rode with me to my office a mile away and took my Explorer in to replace the actuator. She called me with the repair cost and had it serviced and back to me by the end of the day. And the final cost was about $25 less than the quote. Now who could ask for more than that? More
