I love the service and the people there feels like a small town and everyone tries to make you feel like you are the only one there. I will definately buy all of my cars from there from now on because when you fine the right place with the right people why go somewhere else. More

My salesman, Sean Watson, asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and I told him. He brought out a Ford Edge with everything I wanted in a color I liked. The minute I sat in the car I was sold--no pressure or anything. I felt like I was treated really good. I drove that suv off the lot that night and have been happy with it ever since. I haven't had it serviced yet but I did take it back and they put the license plates, tags and EZ tag on it for me. I was real pleased with that. Sean programmed my phone into it for me. I look forward to dealing with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. More

Excellent and responsive I located my truck on the USAA car buying site through USAA. I requested a contact from the company, Gulf Coast Ford. The next day I received a call I located my truck on the USAA car buying site through USAA. I requested a contact from the company, Gulf Coast Ford. The next day I received a call from Robert. He was very friendly and answered all my questions or consulted someone who could if he did not know the answer. He kept in contact via phone and text message and was extremely responsive. This was very important to me and my experience. I told him I was coming from Florida and he advised me on inexpensive flights to the area. He picked my wife and i up from the airport in Houston and I was able to conduct my test drive while bringing Robert back to the dealership. Robert was great and the car buyer experience was very smooth. I even chose to finance through the dealership. Thank You and Great job Robert !!! More
