Excellent and responsive I located my truck on the USAA car buying site through USAA. I requested a contact from the company, Gulf Coast Ford. The next day I received a call I located my truck on the USAA car buying site through USAA. I requested a contact from the company, Gulf Coast Ford. The next day I received a call from Robert. He was very friendly and answered all my questions or consulted someone who could if he did not know the answer. He kept in contact via phone and text message and was extremely responsive. This was very important to me and my experience. I told him I was coming from Florida and he advised me on inexpensive flights to the area. He picked my wife and i up from the airport in Houston and I was able to conduct my test drive while bringing Robert back to the dealership. Robert was great and the car buyer experience was very smooth. I even chose to finance through the dealership. Thank You and Great job Robert !!! More

Bad experience turned good I have always taken my trucks to Gulf Coast Ford for oil changes and never had an issue, except recently. I took my truck for an oil change and they r I have always taken my trucks to Gulf Coast Ford for oil changes and never had an issue, except recently. I took my truck for an oil change and they recommended I change my air filter, so I said sure. Hours later after driving off my check engine light came on. I called them the following day and advised them of the issue. I was told to take it by so they can check it out, a charge for a diagnostics fee was never mentioned. After they checked my truck out I was told they had nothing to do with the check engine light issue and that it was coincidence. The code read I had a misfire and it was going to cost 550 dollars to replace spark plugs along with boots. 550 dollars was a little too much for me so I refused to get it done at that moment. I ended up having to pay an 80 dollar diagnostics fee that I did not agree with. The following day I ended up replacing the spark plugs and boots for much less. After driving a few hours the check engine light came on again, the code read it was a bad catalytic converter. I ended up speaking with Donny and Peter and advised them of my situation, they insisted in refunding me the diagnostic fee and checking my truck once again. It turned out that it was a bad catalytic converter and luckily it was still covered under manufacture warranty so I paid 0 out of pocket. They were also able to fix it in one day. I dropped my truck off as soon as they opened in the morning; they gave me a ride home and a few hours later was told my truck was ready and sent a staff member to pick me up. At the beginning of this incident I was really frustrated with the issue, but the staff members I dealt with really turned this bad experience into a great one.
