My First Experience And Impression This is a really improved review better than the review I gave on facebook. First I want to say that the employees I have dealt with at gulf coast hav This is a really improved review better than the review I gave on facebook. First I want to say that the employees I have dealt with at gulf coast have all been very nice never rude always feel welcome in the dealership. Now to my review. Buying the truck was easy and no issues 100% perfect service in that category. The issues came up when I needed several things fixed on the truck scratches messed up pin strips you name it. When I dealt with Mike it seemed like several issues were not getting resolved having truck to dealership 2 times with the first time he got a few things fixed but it started raining so understandable things cant be fixed. Second time I took to Mike all the issues that I had he didn't fix anything at all especially things that we agreed upon when purchase of truck. By this time we were done working with him on the truck this gives him a 3 star review because didn't go above and beyond. After that we started talking to Blaine and he finally made things right still a lot of things could have been fixed on truck that wasn't even though we keep bringing it up there for same issues mind you lots of things were fixed but the things that work fixed still look bad and will get worse all the time for example tail gate of truck looks better since there is no dent on it anymore but could have fixed the pain were the dent was as and the tail gate just horrible on scratches second thing pin strips I know you fixed but they are starting to bubble up and cracking again so something is wrong with they way your team is doing this. And finally I know you said you would fix it as soon as we come up there is the entry bars in back seat where someone at the dealership scratched something horribly which is fine but my issue is we should not have had called you someone from dealership should have called us and said hey we got part in come by and get that changed out so this give you a 4 star rating In my book. overall dealer experience is great but these few minor set backs sours me on ever wanting to shop here again I'm the type of person that likes my stuff perfect in every way and these little things sour me on my vehicle especially things I didn't do to it. More

I cant say the same for all of the people that work there, but David has always been above and beyond, straight forward yet always friendly when dealing with me on my purchases. Gulf Coast has always beat any deal I found anywhere else, and the finance manager has been nothing but nice when we put up a fight for a better price. Misleading and fraudulent mailing Received a notice from the dealership with a game piece for a sweepstakes. I matched the numbers and when I went to claim the prize, I was told that Received a notice from the dealership with a game piece for a sweepstakes. I matched the numbers and when I went to claim the prize, I was told that someone had already won the $1000.00 even though I had the winning game piece in my hand. He took the game piece from my hand but I took a picture of it first. Horrible way to attract customers. I'll take my business back to Arizona where at least I know the dealerships are not shady. Even though I live here now, the drive to Arizona would be worth it because I know I would be valued and so will my business More
