Wouldn't buy here again Got a brand new car on 10-6-17 there was something off with the rear door. Sales guy said they just needed to adjust the door so, I went ahead with th Got a brand new car on 10-6-17 there was something off with the rear door. Sales guy said they just needed to adjust the door so, I went ahead with the purchase. Took the car up there 10-10-17 to get that fixed thinking it would be something quick. Didn't hear from anyone about my car being ready so I called back on 10-16-17 to check on it. It wasn't ready, was informed it would be done 10-20-17. 10-20-17 comes, still didn't hear from anyone about if my car was done or not so, I called them AGAIN to check on it. Was informed it wasn't done, and it would be done 10-23-17. OF COURSE I didn't hear from them 10-23-17 about my car so I called once again and was informed my car still wasn't ready, and it would be done 10-24-17. Today is 10-24-17 OF COURSE I haven't heard from them about my car being done, I called the body shop myself and keep getting sent to the lady's voicemail. I even sent my sales guy a text message to see if it's done. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CAR HERE! It has been the worst experience ever! I wish I had gone to another dealership. I got my previous car from 5 Star Ford of Lewisville and they were wonderful, sales and service staff were perfect. Wish it was the same here! More

Factory-ordered a 2017 Escape 4WD with towing package Dwayne was honest with us from time of first contact that our exact desired configuration would have to be ordered; another dealer we visited kept us Dwayne was honest with us from time of first contact that our exact desired configuration would have to be ordered; another dealer we visited kept us sitting for 1-1/2 hours while they tried in vain to search the US for a match. The process of ordering and trading in our previous 2014 Escape 2WD was a bit complicated due to our bank being in another state; Dwayne and the finance staff helped us through everything and kept us informed along the way. In addition, they were all just nice people to deal with, and nobody ever said "I need to talk to my manager" - very refreshing. I hope the new Escape lasts us for many years, but when the time comes to buy another vehicle, we'll be back! More
