What. A. Nightmare. Every employee I spoke with except for the cashiers was surly and nasty. I had to call several times to check on my car and the answer A. Nightmare. Every employee I spoke with except for the cashiers was surly and nasty. I had to call several times to check on my car and the answer was always, "Maybe." Have you looked at it? Maybe. Will it be ready today? Maybe. Do you have rental cars Do? Maybe. Do you have a shuttle service? Maybe. Can I check out? Not yet. An hour for paperwork to be able to check out after being told my car was done. Seriously? The actual set up of the combined work room and waiting room is set up in 4 rows without enough chairs for the customers and little room to walk between the rows. While the room was exceptionally hot and stuffy on a 70 degree day, all of the Toyota advisors were eating ice cream and Popsicles while ignoring the customers. My car was there because the battery they installed 9 months ago failed. I think that is all you need to know about this nightmare of a dealership service department. More
