Service adviser Alex is the worst "servjce" adviser. He should not be in that job. He is not transparent. He tip toes around questions. Not giving any straight answers. His tip toeing around like thag cost me an additional $600 more than it shouldve been. He doesn't try to do anything for the customer based on the info he told them. His attitude was oh well type. And to top it off when I picked up my car they had ran completely out of gas, empty And he still had no concern or no desire to do anything about it. The whole time his attitude was like "I dont care this is what it is". Definitely dose not belong in any service position. More
Came for oil service . . Not filled even air .. no inspection report shared till now .none of previous issues informed and saying every thing is good verbally .. I used Niss . I used Nissan offer for service.. if this is the reason for limited service .. never share deals..car breaks were fair state in previous service .. don’t know if I need to change or went to change ..which can be a safety issue .we trust service center for cat safety .. but service fine for name sake not encouraging More
