Bad experience Very disappointed in my experience. I went to this dealership for a specific car that was advertised. On the Groove Ford website, it lists the “clearw Very disappointed in my experience. I went to this dealership for a specific car that was advertised. On the Groove Ford website, it lists the “clearway price,” reflecting a “dealer discount.” On the listing, it also clearly lists several manufacturer incentives, including 0% financing and $1500 “Ford Bonus Cash.” So I went to check out the car based on this. I gave a print out regarding the incentive to the sales associate I was speaking to, after test driving the car she said that she would make sure this was factored in to give me the best quote. At any rate, when I was finally given the estimate, the incentive was not reflected. I asked about it, and I was told that the price on the website reflects “dealer cash,” and is the best offer. When I asked whether the incentive could still be used I was told that if it was the dealer cash would no longer be applied. I was told that the listing on the website should have reflected this (i.e. that the “dealer cash” and incentives are apparently mutually exclusive). It did not, and upon going back to read over it I still don’t see a clear indication. The fact that the incentives are listed on the website is clearly misleading. I can understand if I had researched the incentives independently and gone in with an assumption about them, that would be on me. But this dealership clearly listing them on the ad, that is quite something else. Overall, I am angry and disappointed with either the dishonesty, incompetence, or mix of both that this all reflects. Simply said, Gabe is amazing. She is personable, patient, friendly, and not just another pushy salesman. She takes the time to really listen to what we wanted and help us explore those options. She remembers facts about us from just casual chats; again taking the time to really know you. We won't shop at another ford dealer, ever! ABOVE AND BEYOND. Though my car is a 2017 model, I've already experienced the service side and the buying side of this dealership and i only have good things to say. Fi Though my car is a 2017 model, I've already experienced the service side and the buying side of this dealership and i only have good things to say. First of all, It was a great buying experience. My sales associate was Gabrielle Dawson who was a great friend to have during the entire car buying process. They are LOW PRESSURE and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I had a very specific preference for what i wanted (down to the equipment package and wheel size) and they worked with me to get a car from another dealership over 200 miles away! My vehicle recently needed a software update from Ford, which was causing the battery to die unexpectedly. I emailed them at 8am, and by 10am Brian Johnson came TO MY OFFICE and picked up my car, and gave me a loaner car to use for the day. They got my car into the service shop ASAP and had my car back to me by 2pm. I didnt even have to leave my office to resolve my service issue. They definitely go above and beyond not only in the process of buying your car but also making you feel like a valued customer AFTER the transaction. Truly appreciate these guys and I'm excited to take all my vehicles here for future services and maintenance. More

Tim B and Zac T make a great team My son had saved money and was ready to contribute to his first car so we searched online and found a car at Groove Ford. Once we got to Groove Ford, My son had saved money and was ready to contribute to his first car so we searched online and found a car at Groove Ford. Once we got to Groove Ford, we found out the car had been sold but Tim B and Zac T were determined to find a car that would work for us. After test driving two cars and taking into consideration my son’s feedback, they pulled a car from detailing to test drive and it was the one! The car was slightly more than we anticipated spending but the lower miles and upgrades made it the best value for us! Tim B and Zac T took the time to listen to us and care for us as people and a family as opposed to just customers.
